Fee Schedule 2023 from 1 January 2023

Half Session Day | Half day either 8am-1pm or 1pm-6pm, all year round

Under 2s: £34

Session Fee Over 2s: £33

Full Day | Full day runs from 8am-6pm, all year round

Daily Fee Under 2s: £65

Daily Fee Over 2s: £64

 Funding

3 Year Old Funded hours – children in receipt of funded hours must be enrolled for at least one additional session over and above their funded hours use.

For example:

• If you use 30 funded hours term time only, your child must be enrolled for at least 7 sessions per week.

• If you use 30 funded hours on a stretched basis, your child must attend for at least 6 sessions per week.

• If you use 15 hours term time only, your child must attend 4 sessions per week

• If you use 15 hours on a stretched basis your child must attend for 4 sessions per week.

 This ensures all funded children receive at least 30/15 hours early years education per week, regardless of whether your hours are stretched across the year.

 If you are unable to do this, or if your child is not enrolled for the minimum sessions please contact us.

Consumables Contribution:

• For all other children that attend on funded hours above the minimum session the funded hours contribution is £1.68 per hour

• Discretionary aid available for funded families on Universal Credit and for Two year funded children

Late Payment Fees

• £15 if within 2 working days

• £50 if after 28th of each month

• £100 if after 2nd of each month

Refusal of childcare if not paid by 5th of each month (fees still due)

• At managers discretion.

• Please note interest may be charged on any amounts owing.

• If you have any issues in making payments on time please contact us before the 23rd of each month.
